If you are bored with the model of default microsoft power point presentation, try using the add-in pptPlex. PptPlex is a plug-in designed for microsoft power point that can provide extra features on your default power point.
Add-in pptPlex can give the feel of a different presentation. In a regular PowerPoint presentation, each slide will come one by one with or without transition effects. With pptPlex, presentations can be displayed as a single unit within a particular page. Some slides that will be airing are part of the page and aired by enlarged (zoom) using certain effects.
How to install the the plug-in is pretty easy. You can just run the file pptPlex.msi and follow the steps installation guide. Once completed, the PowerPoint will come a new tab, the tab pptPlex.
Slide presentations are collected in a single page called Canvas. To select the Canvas, click the Canvas Background button located on the tab pptPlex. By clicking the button, will pop up a list of background images to choose from. Canvas is equal to or considered as the first slide when compared with regular PowerPoint presentation.

With pptPlex, you can also displaying other Microsoft Office documents like Word and Excel. So, you no longer need to bother to arrange the contents of the document to the slide as it can be instantly displayed it as such.
